Refund and Cancellation Policy

What this policy covers
This policy covers eligible BeMarried user plans and digital benefits purchased inside the mobile app. Promotional benefits with no cash value are not refundable.
Where user payments are processed
Android user plan purchases are processed through Google Play. This website does not collect normal user plan payments, card details, UPI details or banking credentials.
Renewal and cancellation
Where renewal is available, the app-store checkout shows whether a plan renews and how to manage it. You can manage or cancel an eligible subscription from the same store account. Cancelling renewal does not normally reverse a period that has already started.
Duplicate or unauthorised charge
Report a duplicate or unauthorised charge through Google Play and contact BeMarried support with the Google Play order reference so we can check the account entitlement. Never share OTPs, card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
Payment completed but benefit missing
If the store confirms payment but the plan or benefit does not activate, contact support with the order reference. We will verify the receipt and restore the eligible entitlement where the purchase is valid.
Used digital benefits
Interest requests, redeemed boosts and other consumed digital benefits are generally not refundable after use, except where the app-store policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request help
Use the Contact page and select Plan or payment or Refund request. Include the registered phone number, plan name, purchase date and app-store order reference. Do not share card, UPI, OTP or banking credentials.
Decision and processing time
Prices, taxes, refund eligibility, approval and credit timing are governed by Google Play and applicable law. Bank posting times may continue after Google Play marks a refund complete.
No success fee
BeMarried does not charge normal users a marriage success fee. Paid plans, requests and boosts are digital app benefits and do not guarantee responses, meetings, contact sharing or marriage.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
